Build Your Own Family Day

How a custom day comes together

This is the option most of our repeat families use, especially once they've got a strong sense of what their kids like and don't like on a travel day. Instead of picking from a fixed itinerary, you start with a short conversation and we build the day from there.

   Tell us who's coming

   Ages, nap schedule, stroller vs. carrier, picky eaters, anything that affects pacing. The more we know, the better the day goes.

   Step 2

   Tell us what you're drawn to

   Mix and match pieces from our Tokyo, Fuji, Kamakura, Kawagoe, and Nikko days, or bring an idea of your own. We can also work around a hotel, cruise port, or connecting flight schedule.

   Thinking about Fuji? You can pick the stops yourself from all eighteen around the lakes, and send us the day you end up with.

   We propose a route and price

   You'll get a draft itinerary and quote back from a tour specialist, with room to adjust before anything is booked.

   We build in playground and rest stops
