Message us for current availability Private car, your family only

Real itineraries, built around real ages.

A day that works for a 2-year-old looks nothing like a day that works for a 12-year-old. Every tour below runs as a private vehicle for your family only, and we adjust stops, pacing, and playground breaks to whoever's actually in the car.

Jump to the six days, toddlers, young kids, tweens and teens, playgrounds, animals or rainy-day backups.

Six starting points, all fully customizable

Each one is a full day, door to door from your Tokyo hotel, with a private vehicle and an English-speaking driver-guide. Swap or drop any stop. If none of them fit, the last card builds a day from scratch.

Build Your Own Family Day

The option most of our repeat families use, especially once they have a strong sense of what their kids like and do not like on a travel day.

Tell us who is coming: ages, nap schedule, stroller or carrier, picky eaters, anything that affects pacing. Then tell us what you are drawn to. We can mix and match pieces from the Tokyo, Fuji, Kamakura, Kawagoe and Nikko days, or work from an idea of your own, and we can plan around a hotel, a cruise port or a connecting flight.

Which day suits your children?

The honest answer changes a lot between a 2-year-old and a 12-year-old. Pick the age you are travelling with and this answers for that age.

Skip the queues, chase the pigeons

One easy stop a day, stroller-friendly paths, and a nap window that actually gets protected. At this age, animals, open lawns, and water beat monuments every time.

Tokyo

Ueno Park

Shinobazu Pond's swan boats sit right next to a playground, with Ueno Zoo's entrance a few minutes' walk away. Easy strolling, plenty of shade.

Mt. Fuji

Kawaguchiko General Park

Known locally as Chibiko Hiroba, a grassy plaza with a sandbox, slide, and swings, plus a flat 700-meter boardwalk trail through the forest that's easy with a stroller.

Kamakura

Yuigahama Beach

Gentle waves and a long stretch of sand for digging. Kamakura Seaside Park's playground is a short walk inland if you need shade.

Kawagoe

Kitain Temple grounds

A free, stroller-friendly playground right on the temple grounds, an easy break between old-town shopfronts.

Built into every day

None of this is an upsell. It is what we work into the route so the day still holds together when the children have had enough, or the forecast turns.

These aren't afterthoughts. Every tour above has one of these built into the schedule as a proper stop, not a rushed five minutes.

Shinobazu Pond in Ueno Park, Tokyo

Ueno Park, Tokyo

A playground beside Shinobazu Pond, next to Ueno Zoo. Good for a toddler nap-break day or a quick stop before the museums.
